Your meeting. Within reach. Meeting controls, wrap-up timers and system audio on your Stream Deck. Built for macOS and Windows by Dloper.
MeetingPilot puts meeting controls, wrap-up timers, and system audio directly on your Elgato Stream Deck. Whether you use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Safari), MeetingPilot provides real-time state detection, hardware microphone fallback, visual deadline warnings, and rotary dial support for Stream Deck + and display support for Stream Deck Neo.
| Action | Supported Hardware | Description & Operation |
|---|---|---|
| Smart Mute | Keypad & Stream Deck + Encoder | Toggles the microphone for the active meeting. When hardware fallback is enabled, if app control fails or is unconfirmed, MeetingPilot mutes the system's default input device. On Stream Deck +, push toggles mute, rotate adjusts system output volume, and touch toggles camera. |
| Smart Camera | Keypad | Toggles the camera in your active meeting app. Shows verified on/off state when supported, or unknown state if the meeting app does not expose status. |
| Meeting Timer | Keypad |
Displays elapsed meeting time and remaining duration to the scheduled deadline. In wall-clock mode, automatically targets the next :00 or :30 boundary. Displays yellow wrap-up warnings near 5m and 2m, and red overtime feedback if a call runs late. Tap to start/stop manual timer.
|
| Output Volume | Keypad & Stream Deck + Encoder | Adjusts the default operating system playback device volume. Press to toggle output mute; rotate on Stream Deck + dial to smoothly raise or lower volume. |
| Leave Meeting | Keypad | Sends a leave command to the active meeting. Features optional double-tap confirmation (press twice within two seconds) to protect against accidental disconnects. |
| Neo Meeting HUD | Stream Deck Neo Infobar | Displays glanceable call status, active service icon, and meeting timer countdown directly on the Stream Deck Neo Infobar display. |
System Events and your meeting applications or browsers.
If your Teams build provides the Third-party app API (often under Settings → Privacy or Settings → Devices), enable it and approve MeetingPilot's pairing request. MeetingPilot stores the pairing token locally in Stream Deck plugin settings for verified, direct API communication. If your organization restricts the API, MeetingPilot automatically falls back to native accessibility window controls.
MeetingPilot features a dual-layer safety system:
How it works: If an application-level microphone toggle fails or cannot be verified, MeetingPilot immediately engages hardware mute on the operating system's default input device.
| Problem | Resolution |
|---|---|
| Microphone state shows unknown (?) | Check your meeting window. If an app or browser does not expose its state via accessibility or local API, MeetingPilot displays an unknown state rather than guessing. |
| Google Meet controls do nothing | Ensure Allow JavaScript from Apple Events is turned on in your browser's Developer menu (macOS). Also verify your Google Meet interface is set to English. |
| Teams does not connect to the API | Confirm that Third-party app API is enabled in Teams Settings. Note that certain enterprise tenant policies restrict local third-party APIs. |
| Accidental leaves during meetings | Enable Double-tap confirmation in the Leave Meeting action settings in the Stream Deck Property Inspector. |
MeetingPilot is engineered privacy-first. All call state detection, CoreAudio commands, and local API tokens stay 100% on your local machine. No call audio, video, transcripts, participant names, meeting links, or telemetry are ever recorded, collected, or transmitted to any external server.
